I have spent 71 hours 18 minutes on Mass Effect 3, which includes 99.9% of the game (minus single bugged mission) and there is nothing left to do.

I will stop playing the game for a week or two and go play something else. NG+ will just have to wait as the story - no comment on the endings - is just sooo sad and depressing to play over a second time so soon. 

The 3 npc's i could do nothing to prevent from dying, along with the heaps of moments that all but reduced me to tears...

This is just not a happy game. The game is just too sad to keep playing over a second time without ... recuperating. From leaving Earth, all the way to the battle for Earth... goes from one sadness to another.
