Harbinger became a joke in ME2 because of over exposure versus Soveregin in ME1 wooping ass with window shattering voice and then in ME3 we get 1 encounter with a reaper (a tiny one) as it dies.

Is it just me or was anyone else a bit upset by the fact that we only spoke to a reaper once?

If the story is to be believed then the Citadel AI is the only one that you ever talk to in first place, though perhaps i am wrong.
