 I am in the part where you have the turian patriarch and wreav/wrex on the ship, they both gave me one assignment, the turian wanted me to go and rescue a turian platoon on tuchanka while wreav gave me a mission that has to do with the Rachni. I already completed the patriarch's missions and now I started the mission in which you cure the genophage, does anybody know if after completing the cure the genophage mission the Rachni side mission will be locked/cancelled? Heard this happens with some side missions

Ya, what he said. It's kinda ironic. You should treat the missions not marked as priority, as a priority.

The genophage mission is a priority one. Does this mean all of my other side missions will expire after completing it? I have a few "recover the artifact ones" and the one with the rachni...

Some recover artifacts are done after priority and some must be done before a priority, kinda tough to tell
Some side missions do expire

Some missions are time-limited (you can only do a few missions, even non-priority ones, before they close), although it's generally pretty obvious which ones are - they'll generally have an obvious "time crunch" nature to them.

As I understand it, both the favor from Wrex (the rachni one) and the favor for the Turian (which I won't spoil if you haven't done it) don't have closing times, BUT... the followup mission for the Turian one definitely DOES have a time limit on it.

I have already done the mission with the bomb on Tuchanka, only thing I haven't done is the Wrex/Wreav favor. I was afraid that since the cure the genophage mission is supposed to close that arc of the story, the mission from Wreav would expire...

Yeah you can still do the wreav (rachni) mission after curing the genophage.
