How should the reapers be able to kill the whole Galaxy?
I mean, it's impossible the way they are doing it in Mass Effect 3.
How can they get to every single planet in the Milky Way, scan it for people and kill them?
How could they kill the protheans? That way?
I don't get it

Read the information from mass effect 1 and 2.

It takes -centuries- to do, but they do it. It's explicitly stated by the DLC character that the war with the Reapers lasted for centuries, so long that none of them even remembered the beginning. But it was inevitable and it happened.

um as far as anyone knows the repears don't kill all life in the universe, only the galaxy. the universe is many many galaxy's and the others are never mentioned.

You really don't even need the DLC to figure it out, it's not like the Reapers are instantaneous killers, they use husks and indoctrinated slaves to gather up the resistance they themselves cannot get to. Vigil in the first game even says "the genocide of an entire species is a slow process".
