1 mth later and petition is 31 pgs full....if i had held my breath waiting

Every single multiplayer out there has text chat, wtf is so difficult about putting it into ME3? It's using the Unreal Engine for gods sake!

I can't wait for the expansion pack that adds text chat. I'm sure there will even be a weekend event! OPERATION: Die While Typing - Get killed 5 times while trying to type a message to your team for a commendation pack! - 50,000 typists dying this weekend will grant a victory pack for all participants!

I've died because I don't have text chat. I don't have a mic, so how am I supposed to tell the team there's a geth prime coming from behind us? My best strategy so far is to get in front of them and start sprinting in their face. They usually turn around and see the geth prime

+1 this should have all ready been in the game for off even if only a lobby chat system, all multiplayer games should have one regardless so games are easy to set up, plan, see whos afk etc with out the need of mics

Beware the double-edged sword that is the chat box. It's bad not being able to talk to teammates at times, but also, it's good that I don't have to deal with potentially less fun chat sessions. If anyone has played wow battlegrounds, you know EXACTLY what I mean. Chuck Norris anyone?

+1 on this. I have a mic and I use it (when the need warrants), but since mic-users are a minority, you can't really coordinate unless you want everyone to think of you as some bossy dude who tells other people how to play.
