Exactly as the title says, the games freezes after the Bioware logo on start up.  I only ever get as far as seeing earth, never make it to the "Press Start" screen.  It loads just fine when not signed into my profile.  I've tried everything I can think of, clearing cache, re-installing, even going as far as to delete everything ME3 on my 360.  It does nothing.

It first started a few hours ago, when I tried to go into the multiplayer menu.  It froze on that loading screen, after reseting, it now never loads the "Press Start" screen.

I know I'm not the only person experiencing this game-breaking issue.  This is even worse than Fallout:NV's first month, but atleast with F:NV I could actually get into and play the game.

Your game is broken.  I shouldn't need to point out that this kind of problem should not exist in a finished product.  I sincerely hope that Bioware stops and assesses how something like this was missed.  I would honestly hate for you to take the path that Obsidian has forged.  Only delivering parts of the content they wanted to, still in beta form, as a complete and finished product.

Update:  Contacted EA support, said my issue will be escalated to the higher department, and that they will contact me via email sometime in the next two days.  I just hope they freakin fix this.

I've seen your video, same thing happens when I boot up ME3 in a different/no profile then try to log into mine. Game freezes before it can even finish.

I wasn't planning on it, I have the CE, Gamestop wouldn't let me if I tried. Even more so since I got a cash refund out of them from New Vegas, which they're still not happy about.

I am having the same issue. The game freezes the 360 with a black screen before the start screen appears.

Also tried uninstalling, clearing the cache, moving saved games off the system, etc.

If I'm not signed in to my xbox profile then I can get to the start screen, but the game will lock up the system as soon as I sign in to my profile. I downloaded my xbox profile to another 360 and I get the same behavior.

I'm getting this glitch too. It loads perfectly for my boyfriend (who hasn't got a save for it yet), and it was working fine yesterday and the day before.

Not happy.

48 hours have come and gone with no reply to my ticket from EA customer support (deadline was about 3:40pm CST), breaking the deadline they themselves had set.

I had to "hijack" the below thread to get a reply.

Still nothing. For the record, EA support never responded to me after escalating my case and promising a reply in 24-48 hours. It's been four days.
