Wait so you got collectors edition but only got From Ashes in it? If you got From Ashes, athen you should have gotten N7 weapons as well, but those are only available after you can change your weapons. 

Is it possible that you didn't let Origin finish downloading/installing all of the stuff that you have unlocked?

I mean is it has only cobras, ops survives, or a special gift that we can't have via default packs?

So when are they going to do for Mass Effect that they did for Dragon Age and give us all the promotional stuff you got in the Limited Editions of 2 & 3 things like the Geth SMG and Pulse Rifle for ME2 as well as the Blood Dragon Armor, and for ME3 the Alternate Colored outfits for Ashley, Liara, Kaiden, Shepard's hoodie, heavy armor, the N7 weapons?
