would you have come to this forum to thank bioware for the greatest me we all could have hoped for?

I certainly thought about while playing the game to cheer at Bioware and congratulate what they accomplished after finishing it-
I wonder how it turned to be if the ending was different ,how much "love" threads bioware would have got instead of the hate ones :D

Ofc there would be complaints about auto dialouge, shortcutted romances and such....but overall, it would have been a happy, satisfying ending for fans & Bioware, dont you think?

+ with this ending, i wonder if they get as much awards and stuff like me2 did.

so,so,close Bioware

but its not too late,,,,or is it :/

It wont happen , but I would love to see a ME3 "enhanced" Version ala Witcher 2 , that would fix endings, add cinematics, content like missing sidecharacters ( parasini, fist, blake), and remove bugs , for free or not :)

Probably. ME3 is, if you ignore the endings and auto-dialogue (Which i quickly did), definitely my favourite of the series.

This was the single greatest Bioware RPG I have ever played until the last 15 minutes which invalidated all of it and ruined the experience.

Hmm. I want to say that yes, I would, but I'm not sure if I would have come here right away. The squeaky wheel gets the grease, and all that. Still, I DEFINITELY will be posting here if the ME3 ending was changed for the better. No question there.

I will endeavor to post my thoughts somewhere the developers/producers/whatever can see when I come across something that truly astounds me in the future.

I loved the game, right up until the ending, where it was disappointing. If it had a satisfying ending, it would be the best game of the decade, but, as it stands, it's still amazing, I just have to go into denial after I walk into the big blue laser. I wish it had an ending as good as the rest of the game.

I think so. And I would buy every further dlc (except mp) to support this great trilogy. But I get your point, there are many people coming to complain and less to praise. It's an old story: Jesus cured ten lepers once, but only one returned to thank him. It's humanlike, I fear. Sad.

Even in my criticism of the ending I stated that imo ME3 is probably Bioware's best game up to the end. So yeah I would have. I actually prefered if I could come here and give my praise and not share my disappointment. But Bio' latest two games (not counting SWTOR) kinda make this hard. I don't know what to think, they are probably all adult people in their late 20s or 30s or older. How can they not see why the endings to their game don't work? A 5 years old could have written them. If they want to make kid's games they need to stop with the sexy and violence. If they want to make games for adults then ... someone needs to give more thought about how to end a story properly.

I would probably not be here. I'd be glued to my tv, on my second or third playthrough. The game is amazing.

Instead, I want nothing to do with any of the games ever again with the way it ends.

Yeah its unfortunate that ME3's ending probably wrecked any chance of getting game of the year unless a lot of other stuff tank.

And yes if the ending wasn't so bad, the forum would probably be like during ME2 with a lot of threads talking about the game itself and questions on stuff hidden in the background lore or novels.

I like the grim ending.
So here I am, came to the forums to state that I do.

There is a plothole concerning the Normandy there, but otherwise, I really, really love it.

Yes, I would have also kept my SWTOR account... already cancelled it. Instead I came to rage at the idiotic, shoehorned ending.

Yes, I would also buy all ME3 DLCs (as I was planning to do for full ME1=>ME3 marathon) and as mention above I would also keep my SWTOR subscription ... but I just cant believe Bioware anyone, promised epic RPG and gave me DA2, promised tons of stuff in SWTOR and the end game is crappy crap, promised epic finish of the ME3 trillogy and we know what we got ... yea Bioware your free card for making awesome games in the past just expired ...

Yeah, I always give both praise and criticism where it is due. If I thought the ending was excellent, I would praise it, but because I don't think it is adequate, I criticize it.

For instance, I think everything else in ME3 is awesome and very impressive. It is only the final sequence of the game that I find disappointing.

Fans can forgive alot of things. No game is perfect. But messing up the ending of an entire series, and even managing to mess up the replayability of the entire series, is probably the biggest screw up I have ever seen happen when it comes to games.
