Citadel: Barla Von and Ismar Frontier: Prototype Components offer only experience and reputation rewards, currently.  You get an asset reward when you find the item for Barla Von, so the only thing you're missing presumably at the turn in is a monetary reward.  Prototype Components, supposedly is supposed to bring both a monetary reward and a war asset reward when turned in.  Neither happen.  It's worth noting that both of these quest givers claim to be giving you something in return for your work when you turn the quests in.
