So I decided to grab the toolset about an hour back, and have since been looking through it as I do other stuff. Anyway, I've been reading through the toolset sub-forums, yet haven't seen anything on editing pre-existing items.
So my question is this (quite stupidly I'd imagine):
- How would I go about editing item values without creating a completely new item (say I wanted to edit an item that was tied to a quest reward).
- Failing this, would there be any way to replace a pre-existing quest reward with a custom item?
Apologies if this has already come up. Any help provided would be appreciated, even if it's only opening my eyes to a pre-existing thread containing the answer.
Editing Items.

I am still trying to figure this out too. Specifically, if its possible to change the model genders so that armour looks the same on men and women.

That's another one I was after...ancient elven armour is great, but not the weird salvador dali boobs it brings

All armor SHOULD look the same for both males and females. Seeing cleavage on plate armor is just silly, considering that armor is supposed to direct the energy of blows AWAY from the body and molded boobs just give two prominent points that direct the strike back IN to the body.
The only kind of armor that WOULD actually form to the body's contours was mail (trust me, mail is NOT the least bit flattering). Although considering one usually wears a padded gambeson consisting of TWENTY SEVEN or more layers of linen underneath, any curves would be pretty well broken up by the time you put the mail coat on over it....
