Once again, please save often. At the start of the thessia artifact mission I manned the gun and mowed down all the baddies and got of the turret to hear that blue beauty yell get back on the gun! After about five minutes and no bad guys showing up and not being able to move forward, I reset and reloaded. This time it worked.
