[Does Not Equal]

ME1: Played through, chose Liara for a relationship.

ME2: Imported my character, chose Thane for a relationship.

ME3: Imported my character and looked at the decisions list. "Did not romance anyone before ME2." This is, of course, false.

Is there any way -- outside of replaying both games in their entirety -- to get ME3 to recognize both games' romances?

Your kind of pidgeon-holed into romancing Liara anyway so don't worry about it imo. >.<
