Every time I would try to go to the Presidium Commons on the Citadel, the game would just... load forever. I noticed this started to happen when Miranda showed up on the Map - which I thought was odd because I hadn't received a letter from her to meet somewhere. I got curious and headed over, and that's how I stumbled upon this error.

As of this post I've already received Miranda's letter and I've gone as far as doing the Rannoch quests - still can't get in. I'll try to advance the game a little more if that does anything. I'll keep you guys posted.

Post if you're going through the same thing, and/or if you know how to fix this. Much appreciated. 


EDIT: Also noticed Kaidan not being anywhere on the Citadel, if that helps narrow things down? Also can't locate Javik and Garrus.

Have the same problem. I completed Citadel: Priority II. Now when I try and enter the presidium I get stuck in infinite loading screen.

Did you get it to work?

I did not have this problem on my first playthrough.

I just switched to another playthrough that I've previously completed (and that one never had this problem) and now I cannont access the presidium common on ANY of my characters so its not something specific to my latest playthrough. This is crazy and I'm gonna try and reinstall the game now.

I reinstalled the game and it seems to have fixed the problem of infinite loading screens in the presidium commons.
