I'd like (just me?) to know if you are working on fixing bugs that plagued players ME3?
Like save import bugs, quest bugs, crashes etc...

Of course they are. They have likely been working on it since before the game came out but only after release do you really learn more about how a game is working on different systems and then after that new bugs come out and they need to test those to understand the problem and how to fix it. Not as easy as it sounds. I imagine there will be a fix for the import bug at least so people can test it in the next couple of weeks probably a full patch will follow
