spoilers...

i was really looking forward to a super scary rachni army coming to help kill the reapers in the final battle. but there is not even one! not one soldier or ship! i hope they contributed a lot in the making the crucible...

while on the topic of things that are missing... sigh never mind there's too much I can't do it.

at least they gave us the mass effect universe on which to dream.

is it too much to ask to not glitchily lose all my unlocked kits in multiplayer? :s

I also expected to see the Rachni come to aid Shepard. No. Bioware is lazy. They won't give you that because it requires more work (writing/program/graphics)

The only rachni I got were workers to help build the Crucible. So, they do get a place to go, but not in the final battle. I was looking forward to them helping to take back Earth, too.

Me too, especially since in ME2 from news reports we learn that some ships of "unknown make" have been spotted, and they mention that it is possible that they are Rachni ships, not necessarily the case, but possible. It could have been the case anyway since the Rachni you saved (if you did) in ME1 is the one in ME3, it's the one you saved, so that Rachni somehow traveled in space, it's not Noveria, that planet is obviously different so yeah... probably Rachni ships but hey, ME3 was too important to include Rachni ships in the scenes of battle.

Considering how bad the end run story is apparently this is too much to ask for...

Apparently they're helping to build the Crucible.

How lame is that? After all this hooting and hollering about how the Rachni queen choice in ME1 was going to matter in ME3. All it amounts to is more readiness or whatever. And we all know readiness doesn't mean jack crap so yeah, GG Bioware.

Maybe the rest of the galaxy is still wary about them going into combat roles, seeing as how the Rachni wars went.

It is also possible Rachni has no capability to make warships yet (since they are all hiding in a hole in the ground all these while) and the Reapers had taken away combat-fit Rachni.

Yeah. I have to imagine all these things in my head, and Bioware has nothing to do with it.
