Was the most disappointing game.
Graphics
The most important point to sell a actors lines, is threw the eyes of the character. The graphics were down graded. Shepard wasn't the same person from 1st & 2nd games. They seemed lifeless and had no point. This was a major default, big mistake. Some scenes with beds, walls, people & backdrops were not touched with best quality. The Mass Effect world was once filled with rich and interesting environments, not anymore...
Story
“You choose the ending, the galaxy is in your hands” Pretty much we were told. Yet every ending seems the same? Mass Effect 2 made sense and had purpose. Relationships developed with characters. Collecting members for battle, it had order but you had a choice.
Yes ME:3 had characters from the beginning and the second but they all pretty much died anyway? No matter how you played it. Honestly you had some great times through ME:2 but ME:3 didn't make sense and continued to stretch into a nonsense ending.
Seriously you would think “I made a fantastic game here, if I'm going to make another one I'll keep what we had and build again from what you created” Yet there's choices & motions that weren't there to keep the feel of a real world. I once was captured and inspired by this fantasy, yet I feel cheated to a “quick action squeal”. I expected more...
Gameplay
Not being able to holster my weapon! That is so annoying! (Again) Why would you take away a motion/option that you've given in the first games? That just amazes me that you would do that? (I feel like I should just get into the action and not explore the amazing world that you took a whole 2 weeks to make). Why can't I go to all the worlds I've previously have visited? Yes there's a war going on blah blah blah. The amount of free gameplay was amazing, yet in this one I feel like it's on the other side of a glass window. If this was to be the most anticipated game of the year, Simcity 2013 is looking game fine right about now. Because Mass Effect was killed off, end of story. More choices, more exploring. Not all about action and gunfire.
At the end of the day, ME:2 was and will always be the best game. Everyone has their opinion, this is mine. Honestly if Mass Effect 2 wasn't such a fantastic, illusive & capturing game. I wouldn't have gotten ME:3. I don't know why you wouldn't build on from what you created in the past. This story doesn't make sense. Gameplay was horrible and graphics was down graded.
Congratulations I feel cheated. Why would I play ME:3 again when death is the only thing waiting for Shepard. No worlds to visit. (Pretty much) Everyone dies.
P.S By the way ME:3 Normandy sucked ass! What a joke. Could have done better.
