Oh no no no no no no!!!! My belove Shepard from ME and ME2, a pretty one, cannot present on my epic advanture on Mass Effect 3. When I try to import my character, the game just said that it cannot import my Shepard from Mass Effect 2 because it cannot understand the code! Now I have to recreate my pretty one all over again. So saaaaadddddd:(:(

Have someone had the same problem as mine? If you can find a solution for that, I'll appreciate it very much!!!

For more details: All of the choice of the 2 previous games are still present, only my character's face is not imported.

Try reloading your last ME2 save and saving it again? Maybe it got corrupted?

Try this forum and use the program at the top. It gives u a face code for your Me 1 Shep. A few things listed in the instructions will be different. (Hair, make up, nose) Just change those and u should be good to go.

Hmm, still no chance to do that, because I've read some topic that there is some certain character's code can be imported from ME2 to ME3 without losing Shepard's face. the rest will take a significant modifications anyway. So I guess I have no choice but remake my Shepard resemble the most to the original one. Thank you for helping me anyway, folks.
