hi,

I'm up to the part of her story where she sens an email asking shephard to visit her at the presidium commons (not the apartment part). However she is no where to be found, does anyone else have this problem or a solution?

After you meet her right outside your ship in the docking bay, the next time you see her is in Sanctuary.

Cerberus just ransacked Citadel and I didn't meet Miranda prior to this event, does it mean Miranda was killed?

If you check your maps once you're on the Citadel (you can look at all of them, even if you aren't in that area), you'll notice that Miranda shows up on the embassies map.  I had the same problem, and could not find her anywhere.  Turns out that she left a message for you in the Spectre office, on the far left terminal.

Hi, thanks for the reply, unfortunately, I just checked and no, Miranda is nowhere on the map I guess I've lost her
