I purchase the DLC From Ashes when I installed Mass Effect 3, but when the game launches I can't connect to the EA servers and I get the following message:
'Unable to authorise the listed DLC, please login to the Alliance Network with the account used to purchase the DLC From Ashes'
But I can't login because the servers won't connect.
Can anyone please help. I don't want to pay for downloadable content that I can't use.

I am getting this problem as well. Updating all of the game components has not done it for me. Nor do I have my documents folder on a different drive.

I have problem with the servers too... (even after authorizating that DLC once and even finishing the mission). Funny thing is, I can connect at home, but I cant connect in the college where I am now... (and yes, I have put exceptions in my firewal for the game and Origin)

I've given up trying for the moment. EA doesn't seem to have a solution for this problem, but hopefully someone will discover a resolve soon. I've tried changing every setting I know relating to internet connections and still no joy and deleting the files in the system 32 folder or the online profile in the Mass Effect 3 folder hasn't worked either. Just wish I could download the DLC and play the game without the need for Origin.
