I pre-ordered Mass Effect 3 from Amazon.co.uk. It did arrive one day late, however on the day of release I got an email with a promo code from Amazon to redeem the N7 Warfare Gear.
Mass Effect 3 hadn't arrived, but I was logged in with Origin. On this site, I went to My Games > Redeem promo code. I can't remember what happened exactly, but I think that I was asked to log in again with the account I used to play ME3. I was already in that account.
I logged in again and was sent to a ME3 registration page. I bookmarked it and went back on it again today and registered ME3 here.
I had already entered the code, so I assumed that by going to my 'Your Registered Game Content' page I would be able to click 'download' next the N7 Warfare Gear as with ME2's Cerberus Network that I recieved with that game.
Please help, I paid a lot of extra money for that M55 Argus Assault Rifle and I will not be happy if I am told that Amazon or Bioware has screwed up my promo code.

Login to Origin.
Click my games.
It should list Mass Effect 3 (if you have it installed)
Then click more info on the masseffect3 icon.
It will list your DLC and if its installed.
I just found this out.
