I Saw on the Mass Effect Wiki that you can recuit the two enginneers (Kenneth Donnelly and Gabriella
Danials) from ME2. It said that you can find them on the Citadel and recuit them but I can't find them. Anybody know what mission you have to do before you can recuit them and bring them back to the normandy.

Use the spectre terminal on the Citadel to recruit them. They will be on the Normandy at deck 4

Go into the Spectre Room in the Citadel Embassies. Use the computer there and you can pardon them for being involved in Cerberus.

I went there but didn't see anything on the computers.

I saw to it that Ken and Gabby were pardoned at the Specter terminal, but never actually saw them.

they appear on engineering deck if you pardon them, but you cant pardon them if they died in mass effect 2.
