I just purchased "From Ashes" from ingame.
It took me to payment site, I paid, then origin closed by itself.

I then recieved an email saying payment had been taken.
I have not received the DLC or code to redeem it.

This is such a mess and the confusion on the forums is nuts.

I just tried this;
It now shows my pre-order content, but still no From Ashes.
How far into the game do you have to be to be able to use this?
There seems to be little information on how to active, download or even use DLC.

I find it more troubling, that my money has been taken, but I have'nt received a redeem code.
Am I supposed to get a code or does Origin automatically know?

EDIT:- Hmmmmm, just checked my Origin account, it says I have 0 Bioware Points, even though its taken money for 1200 Bioware Points, .
