After 3 restless nights and despair I finally managed to get over it, even accept the endings. What bothers me is lack of conclusions. So here are my thoughts on that matter.

I'm going to write conclusion only for ending with 5000+ EMS.

Controling the Reapers (paragon ending):
Earth is saved and Reapers' threat is gone. Shepard becomes new Catalyst, Shepard orders the Reapers to leave galaxy forever.  The Citadel avoids destruction and Shepard controls it completly. With Shepard pulling the strings, galactic community soon finds the plans to build new mass relays. Fleets stay in Sol System and nearby clusters waiting to rebuilds emergency net of mass relays to get home.

Normandy crashes on unknown planet and everybody survives. While Normandy is somewhere between the Sol System and Arcturus Stream, the whole galaxy starts rescue mission to save the heroes who were with Shepard since the begining.

And what about Shepard? He's mind IS part of the Citadel and maybe, just maybe he find a way out...

Destroying the Reapers (renegade ending):

Earth is saved and Reapers' threat is gone. Shepard somehow survives fall with debris of the Citadel to Earth. The Reapers are destroyed with everithing that used their technology. Because mass relays are destroyed, travel across the galaxy with FTL drive takes months instead of hours. Many alien fleets decide to leave the Sol System anyway. Lots of ships don't make it because of starvation.

Normandy crashes on unknown planet but EDI doesn't make it. While Normandy is somewhere between the Sol System and Arcturus Stream, Shepard starts rescue mission to save the friends who were with Shepard since the begining.

Synthesis:
Earth is saved and Reapers' threat is gone. Shepard's soul becomes part of every living being. Everyone is part organic, part syntetic. Some Reapers decide to destroy themselves for what they've done, others decide to help rebuid the galaxy.

Normandy crashes on unknown planet and everybody survives. While Normandy is somewhere between the Sol System and Arcturus Stream, the whole galaxy starts rescue mission to save the heroes who were with Shepard since the begining.

Curing the geno****e:
Salarians didn't join commander Shepard's forces in full scale and their fleets were decimated in battle with Reapers over the Sur'Kesh.

After thousands of years krogans finally find peace and start rebuilding Tuchanka. Some clans couldn't get over their grudge against Salarians and declare war against them. The rest of krogans stoped them before any damage was done to honor Shepard's memory.

Not curing the geno****e:
After the battle for galaxy only few krogans remained on Tuchanka. Those who stayed start to fight for last fertile females until  there was not enought korangs to save their species on their own. That's when they asked Salarians for the cure and they got it.

Quarians survive:
They finally get back their homeworld. All of civilians stayed and already start t to dismantle ships to create new homes. Now they just have to wait until their organism adapts to the ekosystem so at last they could put away their lifesuits.

Geth survive:
Everything is changing so do geth. They no longer seek to build superstructure where all geth will be uploaded. They are complete as they are, individual and independent. That's all because of Legion. He will be remembered as the First.

Quarians and geth together:
Some quarians never trust geth again so they deside to live alone. Rest of quarians lived with geth in peace. Geth even speed up the process of adaptation to the surroundings

I will add more species and relationship conclusion soon. Sorry for my English, I'm from Czech Republic. If you find some mistake, write it down. Thanks.
So what do you think? Is it good enought or would you like it different? Write your opinion on these events and/or your own conclusion of ME3. Please write only conclusion consistent with real game endings.

I dunno, the more I think about it, the more I think that there is more coming. Reading the part about how the end, starting when you get blasted by the beam, was really some sort of unconscious dream like state, and that when you see the video with shepherd in the rubble, he is waking back up, IF you kept your resolve.

This I think is compounded by the autosave at the beginning of the whole ordeal and the fact that you can't manually save at any point during the entire Earth combat sequence.

I don't think it was just a dream. Not after all those reactions we've all had. Bioware can't just come and say " It's dream, we'll show you in next few months what really happend." We would be pissed even more then we are now. I think they should stay with endings already created and work on conclusions. Not just what happend to Earth but all galaxy,
