Well i have been playing on ME3 Multiplayer 3 days, and i get a lot of objects, today when i was playing the objects dissapear, and the welcoming message to the multiplayer have appear, also the BF3 pack and the welcome pack appear on the objects.
Mi first step was to contact the EA support and i get these anwsers:

So i'm here looking up for a solution of this bug beacuse that object could be buy with money so this bug is a bi bug and also i have lost a lot of time getting that objects. So
Bioware could you help us with this bug?
