I was playing the Mass Effect 3 multiplayer last night, having a good time, when my squad finished a round on gold i was shocked by a "welcome to N7 screen". I was able to get the starter pack again, along with my Battlefield 3 pack, and then noticed all my weapons and already unlocked playables were gone.

Whats the deal here? I used some of my leftover DLC money from ME2 on this plus played for hours trying to unlock various things. This now makes me not want to play the multiplayer anymore, whats the deal?
