So it's about,  war assets and EMS, i know that it's related to Multiplayer, and i may do another playing with different ME2 character (despite the s**t finale) 

If i want to start from beggining EMS will be resetted too ? For example, i'll play multiplayer now then start with a new carrier, what happens the EMS ?
