There is no set point where this keeps occurring. It happens randomly on missions, or when I'm on the citadel. The whole game just freezes and theres nothing to be done.

came here to report the same bug problem i am having random freezes on the N7 edition for xbox 360. freezed almost always on shooting range loading screen and have to do a hard reset. as well as other random places freezing on loading screens. i hope bioware is fixing this..
