I found this file in the CookedPCConsole directory that has a bunch of commented text describing the planned epilogue to ME3. I'm guessing the idea was scrapped when they realized how depressing it was and how it invalidated most of the small things you did throughout the game, but the text was left in:

Jacob: Stranded on Earth Jacob never got to visit his lover and see his children.
Garrus: Died of starvation.
Wrex: Frustrated at being thwarted from uplifting his people Wrex lived a miserable existence.
Tali: Died from infection on earth.
Javik: Never got to visit the graves of his people. Committed suicide within one day of the war finishing.
Kasumi: Was on Omega when the attack finished, could not evade her most recent target and was hung.Miranda: Part of the air assault on the Sol system. Permanently separated from her sister. Becomes a business tycoon.
Samara: Retired always wondering what happened to her daughter.
Grunt: Survived the ground attack on earth. Became a prize fighter.
Jack: Survived the ground attack with most of her class.
Zaeed: Enjoyed a long retirement.
Liara: Became a prominent Asari political leader on Earth.

Humans: The human race rebuilt earth and had the difficult task of accomodating all of the stranded alien forces whose lives depended on supply lines from their home world planets. Nearly all the human colonies outside the Sol system expired from lack of supplies. A few colonies on particularly habitable planets thrived.

Turians: Most of the adult males were part of the attack on the Sol system. After the relay was destroyed they were unable to survive due to their dextro-amino acids. All died of starvation within one year. Civilization was slowly built by the remaining forces on their planet.

Quarian: Most of the flotilla was part of the attack on earth. With no way to return home and no medical support for their suits they died slowly over the next 100 years.

Batarians: Most of the Batarians were either part of the attack on the Sol system or the citadel during the last war. The civilians on the citadel did not survive and the remaining were placed in refugee camps on the Sinae peninsula where they lived a meager existence.

Krogan: With Wrex not there to lead the planet, Tuchunka quickly dissolved into ravaging clans as before the Salarians uplifted them.

Rachni: The rachni were present on the crucible when the citadel exploded. They all died including the queen.

Asari: The Asari that were part of the attack on Sol easily adapted to the system, those on the homeworld rebuilt their system.

Salarians: The salarians that were part of the attack easily adapted to the Sol system and the Salarians on Sur'Kesh are just fine.

I think you're colossaly full of...well stuff. :I I really don't understand how you're just now finding this since I'm pretty sure people have scoured the data files for a better ending by now.

I suspect a troll.
Awkward sentence structure and a few mistakes pretty much prove it.

I can see why there was no epilogue on the races, most of it comes down to "And they all died unhappily, if they didn't they I'm sure they wished they had."

It looks incomplete. Maybe they scrapped it before all the endings could be written.

impossible. that contradicts/doesn't take into account several things in ME canon (current endings aside).

Why would tali and liara be on earth if the ship crash landed on an unknown planet.
I procclaim your find to be false!

Lol they cut it off the ending but that's exactly what I think is happening now. OK the squad are all on the Normandy but still... at least Tali and Garrus dying there. Do they really think we do not interpretate exactly this??

They planned team crashing on that "eden" planet long time ago, why that "epilogue" includes Garrus and Tali, and Liara? They either dead on on Normandy.

Also, Quarinas lived on Fleet for 300 years, if WHOLE fleet is present, with all its farms and labs, why quarians die out? Doesnt make sense.

Goddamn, this is sick.
Are bioware writers in deep depression or what? May be we should collect money on psychotherapist instead of DLC?

If you don't beliee him, he's telling you where to look at least partly. I'd be more inclined to believe him if he listed the actual file he extracted. But then this 'epilogue' looks just as well thought out as the 'StarKid' ending.

Stand corrected, he lists the file in the title.  I'm an idiot today.

I highly doubt that is actual game content... but is as it would be with the destroy ending... except one thing: Thue to the presence of the Quarian civilian flotilla (especially life ships) Turians and Quarians would survive their ways home... even if it would take hundreds of years.

Sniff... Sniff... Sniff

I smell a troll!

However what is odd about this troll is that he has had a profile since 2009. Most trolls usually have new profiles, how does a troll survive so long without being kicked out?

I don't doubt that this is fake but I mean, I wouldn't really have put it past Bioware at this point.
