After recruiting Kaidan, next time the Normandy was at the Citadel I spoke to him in the cafe and that convo unlocked the paramour achievement. After that I haven't been able to initiate conversations with him at all, and thus can't unlock his bonus power. I click on him and get occasional comments, but no conversations. I have seen him conversing with the crew. He also never shows up on the Citadel for R&R like the rest of the crew.
I'm near the end, with only "Priority: Cerberus Headquarters" left in my quest journal.

Same thing is happening to me :|
I think what happened is when you get Kaidan you're supposed to talk to him on the Normandy first, which gives you the first bonus power, and THEN talk to him on the Citadel at the cafe. Although, I dont know why missing that conversation point would mess up all of them for him =/ maybe its something else, but thats what my guess is.

I was wondering if that was normal, but I think I talked to him on Normandy before the date at the cafe. Also, at one point after the date, he mentioned getting dinner at a place on the Citadel that has real steak, but since then I haven't seen him on the Citadel and I am afraid to start the endgame.
