 Alright, so I've installed the game through my Origin account, and redeemed my N7 dlc on my bioware account, and I wanted to know if it matters where I unlock my DLCs? Will my DLCs still show up in ME3, even though I unlocked them here and not via Origin??

Well...the only DLC working for me is the one I unlocked via Origin...
So I would recommend using it.
