The biggest thing that irritated me about the Citadel being moved to Earth was that there was one GIANT plothole they neglected to mention. Back in ME1 it was said that the Citadel was essentially the control point of all the mass relays. But this isn't even mentioned in ME3. If TIM was so smart, why didn't he shut down all the relays when they reached Earth...you know...like what Saren did till Shepard whooped him.
I'm also assuming that it was essentially pointless then to help anyone on the Citadel after seeing the endings. I'm not talking about just ME3, but the whole series. The big ones to me being: The Council (I'm assuming they stayed on the Citadel for "protection"), Captain/Commander Bailey, and the Asari Consort.
I love how when they find out the reapers took the Citadel they don't even react to the possibility of millions of lives being wiped out by the reapers.
So....the Citadel....

I actually thought the "Citadel defence force" would come into play here. Turns out it was just fluff.
