Hi techs,
I keep getting stucked at the connecting to EA server step these days. Not happened 100%, but at least 80%. I always have to restart the game over and over in order to get one success and I don't even dare to shut down the game... any recommendation how I can get this issue resolved? Thanks.

I apologize in advance for my rather lenghty responce an my crappy english. 
I had a similar problem a while ago. The game just got stuck at "connecting to EA severs".
I was able to move my mouse though, so I noticed that the mouse's pointer (or whatever it's called) turned normal at a certain part of the screen. I moved the pointer to the upper right corner (from your view) of the area where the pointer was normal, clicked and the game successfully connected to the severs after a little and I was able to play normally. Later I found out that it had been my anti-virus program asking if it should allow ME 3 to connect to the Internet. I clicked "don't show this again" and then yes (or allow, depending the program used). Now I can play without the game getting stuck at the loading screen. Hope this helps you someway.
