Ok so heres whats happening, every time I take the elevator on the ctadel to any floor, the game does its usual fade out in order to show me the loading screen, thing is, it stays black, no loading screen appears and It doesnt matter how long I wait it never loads the new floor, instead the game freezes and I have to end it through the task manager as it says it's not responding. It's a hit and miss, some times it will let me go to the floor I want, others I need to go to anotehr floor and the to the floor I want, and many other times, I cant even change floors. Im currently Located at the Docks: Holding Area floor, but it has happened when I tried to go form Presidium Commons to the  Docks: Holding Area, or when trying to get to Huerta Memorial Hospital from the Embasies floor.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!
