I found the ending to be extremely disappointing. No showdown with Harbinger, 3 choices that look all the same, no real choice and everything you did in 3 games just doesn't matter in the end. I'm extremely disappointed about how Bioware managed to ruin this masterpiece of a videogame in the end.

It's like the Matrix series, first part was just beyond awesome, the 2nd part was meh (not here, I really enjoyed ME2) but the 3rd part was just ridiculous and stupid, especially the ending. Wanna see what a good, satisfying ending to a trilogy looks like? Watch Lord of the Rings. Allthough I hate LotR, the ending was satisfying.

If you want to see bad things, feel miserable etc just watch the news. No need to play a video game to feel bad.

We have cake and punch by the door. And by punch we mean a literal punch. Like the one I got to my stomach at the endings of the game.

Well welcome to steady growing club... man I thought there was going to some disappointment on the endings but there would be some kind of ending. That would debate talking back and fourth but these are just... a mess. It shows absolutely no effort on there part.. the endings smell of... "Oh we don't care here ." Its like Bioware did not care about there own product creatively... These complete disconnected from the reset of the series.

People in Europe officially got the game yesterday, so within the next 2-3 days I predict the numbers will greatly increase.

At first i thought it wasnt too bad, but than i thought about it more, and i just more angry about the ending. The perfect ending was pretty crappy. The fight completely left Shep.... it was just like they didn't care anymore and just wanted an ending...

It is amazing how one **** scriptwriter united whole community against bioware.

I know how you feel since finishing at 2 AM I've gone from hating the ending, coming to grips with the endings and now back to hating them. Still I think ME3 is fundamentally the best in the series and honestly cut out the last 10 minutes and its the best one story wise as well.

I'm day 3 from finishing it and I am still upset. I hoped I would get over it, but until I know that Bioware is going to fix it I am going to be in a funk.

They said Mass Effect 3 would have more re-playability than the other games, WHAT??? Not only do I not feel motivated to take any of my other imports through but have no desire to play ME1 or 2 again, let alone hop on some multiplayer.

This may not be the case once the shock wears off but that's not going to be in the next month.

The way the game ended I see no point in playing the game again, the endings are very similar.

You had my sympathy, truly.

While I was playing the game, I just... oh WOW, this is my most feverish game ever. I played it continually for almost three days. Alas, those moments had gone in five minutes. I felt like someone lifted my high before kicked me down. I wanted to shake the Dev team to dead or until they agreed to fix the ending.

Time will heal but not yet. It still hurt. Oh man, I needs hug.
