The Catalyst says Shepard will lose everything s/he is. I assume that means death death. But then again I have a problem with hyper intelligent machine life having a "turn good" switch anyway. Isn't Shepard basically indoctrinating the Reapers with this choice?

I was pissed off the reapers were the reason I had to choose between Tali and Legion, and in the end I was standing there pointing a gun at a deactivating Legion.
