So I was playing a bronze match and when it was over all of my assests and characters that i have aquired were gone but the level of each character was still there. It gave me the starter packs in the store again. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I just had something similar happened to me. We were in a silver match and the game started while I was selecting an ammo bonus power. When the game started up, I had none of my in-game items, and when it was over I had lost all my other assets and could buy the recruit pack again. I've relogged and the status is the same. My current character is a Salarian engineer, and because the acoutn doesn't seem to think I have it unlocked I can't edit him anymore, but I can still play with him without changing.

yep same thing happened to me, i'm gonna be pissed if all my unlocks aren't returned

So I contacted the EA HELP. and here is their response.

Yep, fantastic system they have here.. release a game in beta, have people pay money for unlocks, then unlocks disappear.
Love you Bio/EA, you guys really went all out at making this game truly hair pulling from both the SP endings and the multiplayer complete reset bug.
Well, if enough of us have this problem, and it doesn't get resolved, there's always legal action, as they illegally acquired money for a product we lost because of their incompetence and nobody else's.
Regardless, my bank will be hearing about this sooner rather than later unless this is resolved quickly.
