I have a couple of little side quests that require the Mission Cerberus: Fighter Base and the other requires that I go to Irune.
I have finished all but 3 side quests and the Shroud to stop the genophage and the Aethon Cluster still has not opened up and neither has the Fighter Base quest. Is there something else I've missed? I heard that Traynor triggers the Fighter Base, but she hasn't. I don't know what the heck opens Aethon.
I hate missing any side quest because I'm concerned it will affect my readiness rating.
I can't even finish Act I

Uhm... the Shroud mission is the Act 1 finale. Finish all available side quests before taking that one for optimal ending. IIRC the Fighter Base mission is an Act 2 job.
