I know this is an old topic, but I was wondering what to do after I tried the walk arounds they have here. Those work arounds did not work for me and I was wondering if there are any other solutions to this problem. It's really irksome because I can't continue my romances, there aren't any fulfilling (in my opinion) romance options for me without importing my game and overall I feel cheated from the full experience since I can't have the Shepard I had through ME1 and ME2.
So overall, is there any solution out there to being able to import my game? It's extremely frustrating not being able to do so.

Verify having at least one save created after completion and survival of the suicide mission in ME2.

One player reported success (the player also reported incorrect plot table values, but I have reason to believe that to be a different issue, as that has occurred with people who had no issues with finding importable saves).
