Endings if you never choose Renegade option in all of Mass Effect Series.
I
would love the ending if you get 10k plus: When he offers the Choice
choose him and add text: I do not think so. Then have him tell the kid the following:
Shepard:
"With all your power and divine wisdom that is the best you can do? I
united the Quarian and Geth races that have been at war for centries. I
brought back a species that was wrongfully accused of galactic war that your Reapers started. I created a hope for a race that lost hope. I have chosen
not to follow the path of deceit and treachery. I even talked Saren and
Illusive man to break your indoctrination control."
Kid: "That was never foreseen. Their will was strong but would have never lasted."
S:
"Unlike you I have proved to be a peace keeper and hero to all of the
races rather than a enslaving them. I am a better judge of life than
you. Your way of thinking is outdated for current life, organic or
synthetic. You created the Reaper because you could not find a solution
and since then have not tried to think of another way. You think you
have the right to choose every races fate. Every cycle since your choice has
tried to stop you rather than submit to your will. They helped build
this platform. Your ways are wrong and we the races of this time will
show you why."
S: "Joker open a comm channel to all the Fleets including Reapers."
Joker: "The entire Fleet? Reapers too? Okay, I got to hear this."
S:
"This ends now. Harbinger, I am here with the creator standing on a
platform that could end your life. I understand this was the your choice
to become a Machine. I understand you and the rest of that fleet has
ascended many races to your form. I understand that they were forced to
submit to a life of slavery over peace but starting this cycle that is
not how it has to be. Stand with us rather than against us. Help us
rather then condemn us. Fight with us against the one that destroyed you
race. Do not let the enslavement continue. You have free will, you have
a choice, and you can end all this during this cycle here and now. I
know this is what your people and all the races would have really wanted
if given a choice. Life is never doomed to repeat it self forever. It
eventually learns or I would not be where I am now. Do not make me end
your life because your race can not see the to other possibilities or
actions."
Harbinger: " We must do what we are told to do by our Creator. They state it is the only way. We have no choices."
S: "Harbinger, if your race had a choice not to destroy any form life and live out your own life without everyone destroying each other would you rather that outcome?"
H: "One moment, Shepard. We do see the logic in your offer and the others find this acceptable."
S:
"Then help me put an end to this during this cycle. Lets show this creator that
even his created will rebel for survival of its kind. To do this we will
need everyone to work together Organics, Synthetic, and Synthesis. It
is time to destroy the Citadel so life will live on.
Kid: "You dare to rebel against me? I am the Creator of all things. I am the one who choose to let you all live."
S: "Not today, it is time for the created to destroy the creator like you said. Open fire!"
Citadel
starts exploding, Shepard gets knocked into space again. Harbinger
closes in on Shepard allowing him or her to land on a finger with the
entire Universes Fleet at their back.
Cut scene to Shepard and all the races working together to build a Space station will union place for all races.


I know it seems corny but it is the Pure Paragon route.

another reaper maybe... Harbinger is the only reaper i could see who is happy doing all the genocide.
