Mass Effect 3 Bug

I'm posting about Mass Effect 3 Kit Glitch/Bug that i was recently hit by, This bug resets all your data but keeps your N7 Rank and your existing credits and class level and everything else deletes or resets. I lost 2080 Microsoft Points worth of Spectre Packs and alot of Veteran and Recruit Packs with Credits(13 Packs with Microsoft Points).

  I was playing multiplayer with 3 random players while i was in a Xbox live with 2 Friends that were playing Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer, He then asked me if i wanted to play and i told him after the game i was in i would so i finished the game and went tot he Multiplayer Menu and waited for his Invite. He sent the invite and when i accepted it, it took me back to Main Menu and began to load everything like i just started the game up again. I didn't think anything of it until I went into the Game and realized all my Items, Item Mods(Attachments), Characters, Character Experience, Character Unlocks(Secondary, Pattern, Lights, Etc.) was erased. I turned off my Xbox immeadiately and restarted Mass Effect 3 when i got back on the Main Menu it told me i had to sign into an account and i hit "A" and it wanted me to load my xbox profile again, i had see that except for when i first put Mass Effect 3 in the tray on on the Release Date. I then proceeded to the multiplayer Screen and when i got there it told me i had items in the store (*New*) it was the Starter Pack and the Battlefield 3 Pack.

After all this i called Xbox trying to find some answers, they told me to try clearing Cache, and deleting my profile and redownloading it, Those didn't work so they told me to call Electornic Arts i talked to a guy there he was helpful but not really he told me that because i was the only complaint on this matter there was nothing he or anyone can do and he redirected me to these Forums, after i signed up here i contacted Xbox and they told me this Problem is a Emerging Issue and because none of these Spectre Packs show up on dashboard and its a ingame issue and its from a 3rd Party that Mircosoft couldn't do anything and i needed contact a Supervisor at EA.

If Someone could help me with this issue i'd apperiate it, Tell me what i need to do to fix this problem. I've tried just about everything.
