1. this site is a fail. It says beta and we have to use it to redeem our codes. I much perfered my old account/site.
2. Beta Site is so slow and times out all the time
3. I can't redeem any of my CE codes. after messing around for 45 miniutes none of the codes work and the page constantly times out.
4. I can't even buy any of the add on content or even purchase points to my EA accounts. Browser say problem loading page.

I haven't even started the game yet!

Some of these problems are easily explained as the GAME HASN'T LAUNCHED YET. It's no wonder you can't redeem anything.

Besides, you can't redeem the codes until the game goes live... all those people that got their physical copies today can't redeem the codes either.... soooo.. ??

Jeez man relax the game isn't even out and the site still says it is in beta. Just wait until Tuesday then start your whining if you need to.

I hate to be a nitpicked, but I think you mean that this thread is fail. Unless you were saying your own post is fail.

Yes, I think your complaints would be more valid OP if the game had offcially launched. Even if you managed to get a legit copy delivered early it doesn't mean they will start selling DLC early or make it available.



Wait until the game is actually launched before complaining.

My steam pre-load says its still 1 day 2hrs before the offiical launch. I love the count down clock anyways try the codes tomorrow after noon pst.

guys I already redeemed everythign and purchased Wardens Keep. The website geta laggy at times so just be patient with it. Try again every 5-10 min if you getting timed out.

It's likely that they're doing last minute maintenance to be sure they can handle the server load tomorrow.

I guess they shouldn't have shipped the game out if it wasn't ready for launch. I wasn't aware that I received preferred treatment and was shipped my game copy by EA earlier then all you other poor sods.



I guess I will wait until the game is officially released and then try again. Since this site is beta I am assuming it will be unbeta by the "official launch".

I was able to redeem my CE codes and downloaded the content. Unfortunately I am not yet able to 'add coins' needed to purchase and download Warden's Quest
