Hey guys, anyone else unable to do the Last Speech-Checks with TIM? I've gotten past the first 3, but I can't do the 4th, I have 5000+ Effective Military Force, Max Paragon and Max Reputation. I don't know what the hell I did wrong?

I had the same issue and, the best that I can tell, I missed a charm option from one of the 3 times you can attempt to use one with him. That's really the only thing I think that could have happened.
Or it's just a bug.

Heh I just posted this same topic. I was also definitely totally maxed out on reputation (though it was mostly renegade), and my choice on the final speech check was also greyed out.

I think you have to have maxed out paragon or renegade, which isn't possible in one playthrough... you only get to about 50% of the bar (the bar itself is your reputation, your alignment rating is the symbol).
