Sometimes, cloak or charge or any other power just won't activate. Sometimes this last a few seconds, sometimes a whole round. Is this lag? What is going on? This can break the game on higher diffiuclties.

Lately i've been getting a major glitch with this, if you have the power's mapped to your hotkey the icon stays, but hold shift and the power's are gone, I dont understand how every round I am required to set the skill points EVERY TIME for every mission.
Everything works fine, just the darn skills being reset ONLY for shepard but not for the other guys.

I was talking about multiplayer but to hear that this happensin the campaign also is a little disconcerting...
