... Or is Insanity in this game easier than ME2? Like, yes, you can die WAY faster if you aren't careful, but as for manipulating the enemies and gunning them down, their lack of defences make it easier...

i like that not every enemy has a shield or barrier. it balances out the classes

Design decision to make Biotics more useful, probably.

Adepts in ME2 were mostly useless on Insanity. Every enemy had a shield, armor, or God-forbid both. A lot of complaints hinged on adepts only being able to spam Warp during most of their play-through.

With Vanguard, ME3 Insanity is a cakewalk. In ME2 I actually had to try really hard to beat Insanity with my Vanguard (DAMN YOU Collector ship! *shakes fist*).


Yes, ME3 is easier.
