If you have shoot mordin in the back, watch him dying (and still wanted to save the Krogans) but dont load a previous save to let him cure the genophage you are a monster.
Shoot Wrex, shoot Ashley, let Miranda get killed or Zaeed get burned i'm okay with it. But Mordin ? Like that ? With Shepard and the evil smile "Careful diplomacy..." ? No no no. I can't.
What is wrong with you ?!

I saw that, it was pretty messed up.
Mordin died saving the Krogan in my playthrough.

This. I was 100% for Krogan, a "champion" and "hero" as Wrex would have it

If you decide to not cure it, and fool the krogans, Mordin tries to stop you, and you have to shoot him.

Devil's advocate, Wrex is already planning to spread and conqueror new planets for the Krogan clans, with the genophage gone and with a huge Krogan burst in population we could get another Krogan rebellion. What's the point of ensuring Galactic peace if only to have it blow up in your face a few years later.
Mordin refuses to back down determined to "Atone" for his sins but you have to look at the big picture which he even admits to you when you confront him before shooting him if you choose to shoot him that he was looking at the big picture but now after seeing all the little pictures combined he feels it outweighs the big picture.
My Shepard would happily take the title of "Monster" to save the galaxy from another Krogan rebellion.

Especially after seeing how torn up Shepard is when Mordin dies in the blast. Shep obviously cares a great deal for Mordin. To have him/her just write him off as a necessary loss like that is just awful.

The good thing about that is that Shepard has to live with him/herself. Not the player.John Locke N7 wrote...

Dont know for Shepard himself but Mordin is whith Thane one of the best characters from ME2 for me.
