Unable to buy veteran or spectre packs.
I did got starter and bought lot recruit packs.
Vetran pack and Spectre pack do not seem to open up. No purchase button appears only cancel.

Found solution.
Uninstall ME3 DEMO!

...

Nope ... still problem. again no buttons to purchase
