I now realise trying to get an answer from EA or the devs is a pipe dream, as is getting a serious technical solution from anyone. Please delete this forum post.
Likely this post will lanquish for months un-noticed until some audit finally finds and deletes it.

There is no indication that you own ME3, only that you have ME2. There is no other icon with your avatar. There never are any Bioware developers in forums such as this one, for a game well over a year old. The entire site is designed around gamer to gamer social interaction, with only the very least official interaction. EA is the official support, on their own, separate site.
