All ME3 multiplayer items vanishing

 I have been playing a lot of ME3 multiplayer and i have come across a serious problem with my inventory just disappearing. This is the second time this has happened and the game only came out 4 days ago. I have tried multiple ways to get it back but the data for multiplayer is stored on an EA server ,so it's not a corrupted save on my end. I really enjoy the newfound multiplayer and would like to continue the experience , but not at the cost that i may lose all my inventory again for no apparent reason. The only thing still intact is my class levels, which, regrettfully , doesnt inlcude the other races i unlocked. I know the multiplayer is still early and some of these bugs may be worked out. Is there anyone else out there having a similar problem, or betther yet, had a similar problem and were able to fix it. Thank you for any help you could provide

If you mean supplies/equipment, I'm pretty sure those are one time uses until you buy another package.
If not, then I don't know. Sorry.

No but thank you for the timely response. I had stocked a bunch of consumables and they were part of the vanishing act lol. I lost everything that you unlock spending credits, I am back to the default setup for the third time.

I just had the same problem. I came out of a match and all of the weapons, characters that I had unlocked were gone! I had spent ms points on spectre kits and it's all gone!

This just happened to me last night. I was shown the starter screen at the end of a match and then all my unlocked weapons and characters from the store were gone except for the one I was currently using.

That is the exact same thing that happened to me twice already and i should just give up but i truly enjoy the multiplayer

I just plan to not spend any credits and just keep playing the multiplayer until they get this bug fixed. My credits and levels were the only things that i didn't lose

Hopefully we can all get our total inventory back, i am currently searching for ways to get this fixed. Every little bit helps

Hopefully we do because I had almost every character unlocked, a bunch of weapons and I spent money on ms points for the Spectre Packs.

The same thing happened to me, I spent $5 on spectre packs and a lot of time getting new items just to have them all vanish but I can still play the Salarian engineer I was on before it got erased even though it says I don't have him unlocked. This bug is ridiculous.

He sent the invite and when i accepted it, it took me back to Main Menu and began to load everything like i just started the game up again. I didn't think anything of it until I went into the Game and realized all my Items, Item Mods(Attachments), Characters, Character Experience, Character Unlocks(Secondary, Pattern, Lights, Etc.) was erased. I turned off my Xbox immeadiately and restarted Mass Effect 3 when i got back on the Main Menu it told me i had to sign into an account and i hit "A" and it wanted me to load my xbox profile again, i had see that except for when i first put Mass Effect 3 in the tray on on the Release Date. I then proceeded to the multiplayer Screen and when i got there it told me i had items in the store (*New*) it was the Starter Pack and the Battlefield 3 Pack.

After all this i called Xbox trying to find some answers, they told me to try clearing Cache, and deleting my profile and redownloading it, Those didn't work so they told me to call Electornic Arts i talked to a guy there he was helpful but not really he told me that because i was the only complaint on this matter there was nothing he or anyone can do and he redirected me to these Forums, after i signed up here i contacted Xbox and they told me this Problem is a Emerging Issue and because none of these Spectre Packs show up on dashboard and its a ingame issue and its from a 3rd Party that Mircosoft couldn't do anything and i needed contact a Supervisor at EA.

If Someone could help me with this issue i'd apperiate it, Tell me what i need to do to fix this problem. I've tried just about everything.

Same thing happened to me and I contacted both Microsoft and EA tech support... I hope I get refunded some how. Either get the lost items back or at least refund me with free Spectre packs equal to the amount purchased through points...

Yeah I spent a ton of microsoft points this past week and lost it all due to the bug. Lost all my cool new weapons and unlocked characters.

I can't play Multiplayer until i hear something, i dont want to play and get all this extra stuff and it overwrites my existing data, I was told to come here for answers on behalf of Bioware and it seems like we're not getting the slightest "Give it a few days" saying.
I'm Tired of getting thrown around from Mircosoft to EA to Bioware, i didn't spent the $70-$80 on Mass Effect to let Mass Effect sit and collect dust to keep me from having another problem like this.

Same happened to me, lost a couple of hundred thousand credits and £25 of microsoft points, reimbursement is wanted. don't mind if its in the form of points rather than money, but this isn't acceptable

The thing that pisses me off the most is the guy gave me a 15% off on anything in the orgin store, i have just about everything and i dont have any money at the moment to spend so %15 off is an insult lmao...

I won't be satisfied with a discount, I don't want money off, I want what I paid for or the money I paid for it with, back :(

I agree completely, i am constantly being redirected from person to person at EA/Bioware. All i want is my items back and i will overlook this garbage. I am at the point now where i am afraid of spending any credits and I am just stockpiling them until i get some sort of confirmation, as well as compensation for lost items. The demo did not have any of these problems

The EA rep I spoke with in the EA Help Chat said they had a glitch in their server and all will be restored when they fix it. He said it should happen within the next 5-6 hours. I'm not holding my breath, I will believe it when I see it.

Same thing happened to me. I went into the shop when game started and lost all my mods, equipment, and weapons. N lvl 75 too. Not as high as it could have been, but that's still pretty bad in my book.
