I agree. I refuse to touch the multiplayer until I know the bug is fixed and I get my missing items/characters back. I've also been waiting a week since Tuesday night. This is getting beyond ridiculous with the tossing around and lack of admit on developing's side. At least keep us detailed on how you guys are attempting to fix it, or what we can do to help. I feel like I have to sit in the dark, twirling my fingers, and hope I get the items i rightfully paid for back....

At least the campaign works mostly fine for however long it might take for Bioware to say they are working on this bug.

$40 worth of MS points (I had a lot lying around) and at least 60 hours of MP gameplay
150 ammo and health packs
100 cobras and self-ressurects
All recruit pack weapons at level 10
Most silver grade weapons at level 5+
Several N7 and gold tier weapons at level 2 or higher
Every character but Krogan Soldier and Quarian Engineer unlocked
5-11 of every tier weapon/ammo/armor mod
3 self ressurect stock upgrades, 2 cobra missile stock upgrades
Enraged doesn't even come bloody close.

Meh. On a whim, threw down $1 of MS points to buy a vet. pack to see if the check for pending purchases would somehow fix it.
Nope. Oh well.
This of course requires me to ask... is it going to roll me back? Will I Iose any progress I make now? I mean I kind of highly doubt I'll even touch MP again, but still. It'd be absolutely painful if I got any packs with credits after this colossal coding failure and they got wiped on the restore.

I feel for you Cirrusstrafe, I had about $70 to kick around and used about 8000 microsoft points. Next thing I know it, it's all gone. I don't think two days of access to that equipment was worth $70.

This literally just happened to me. THis enrages me I had just started and managed to build up a nice arsonal, now I have absolutely nothing but what comes in the starter pack. Its funny because I'm pretty sure happened to another guy right after the mission,he cheered, A pop up saying you've been recruited to N7 claim your free blaahblahahvb blah. This has been pointed out before, so why is it still happening? Are we even going to get re-emberesed the time and money the players have wasted?
I may not have spent money on the miro soft points but I plyed enough to purchase 6 spectre and 5 vetrana and who knows how many recruit packs, I probably guess about ten today so far before and 2 after the wipe,1 spetre after the wipe as well.
PS. Don't take this as condesending or rude I'm just tired.

I have no interest in playing the multiplayer element anymore until this is fixed... especially given the number of XBL MP and ingame credits i spent on packs...

I think it's safe to say, we won't get a response till monday afternoon about any progress they have made on compensating those who have lost thier weapons, mods & characters (not to mention the tens of $ i personally spend on MS points to buy spectre packs). Lets wait till then. I'm sure they will come up with a solution.

Hey, Bioware, ignoring aka not responding will not make this issue go away. Many of us are still waiting for an update to the above issue, would be nice to have a Dev post and let us know on the progress, thanks.

Well, I did the event thing they had and got the commendation pack etc. Opened it up this morning and it was there. Went back this afternoon after work and its all gone.!!!! My new weapons GONE, all the extra ammo, mods etc GONE. UGH.
Anyone know what kind of recourse I can follow to get it back??

I can not believe with this being a very important problem that no one can get an answer from anyone, i did not invest all those hours to backtrack through my progress for the third time. This is a serious issue affecting a lot of players. So like jerry seinfeld always said "What is the deal."

I'm actually kind of worried now because I'm still stuck with my Black Screen of Death, but no offense, I'd rather have the BSOD right now than what happened to you guys, because I too had invested TIME AND MONEY into Multiplayer I loved it so much. But what's happening to you guys is like being mugged of all your hard earned weapons/stuff and then getting kicked in the balls right after said mugging only to find out it was Bioware who took it from you and then kicking you in the balls again while not apologizing......ouch.
The least Bioware can do is post HERE on this thread and say SOMETHING. Heck I'm sure you guys will take "We are aware of the issue and are working hard to fix it" or anything like that.

Has there been any sort of post from the devs aside from the usual "We're looking into it?" I don't get what's so hard about giving those of us who lost our things be they from MSP or In-game Credits some reassurance that its being looked in to?
I don't think we're asking for much here but its getting tedious for me to check everyday hoping that they've posted some news about a patch or something. To give me back the items I've paid real money to get. I'm grateful that we (supposedly) aren't able to lose them anymore, but this entire experience is just leaving a bad taste in my mouth.
