I preordered the Mass Effect 3 N7 Digital Deluxe Edition and started playing it. For the longest time, I cannot get connected to the Servers. Every time there's only a pop-up message of "The Mass Effect 3 Server is unavailable at this time. Please try again later." which I definitely tried again and again later to no avail. If it's the server's problem, PLEASE (to EA) FIX IT! Currently all my Collector's Edition bonus, preorder bonus, and DLC CANNOT be authenticated which leaves my wallet $80 lighter and me angrier.

Also, I can't seem to connect my ME3 to Galaxy at War either... I can log into the Galaxy at War page and the game at the same time but they can't seem to get data from each other.

Once again, (to the EA support) please FIX IT!!!!!!!!

I'm here for the exact same reason, except that I'm not asking that you "please" fix it. I am demanding that EA get its $#!^ together and get those servers back online since I can't play the game (the game I bought and PAID for) until it does.

On a side note, I knew this sort of garbage was going to be happening when I found out EA was running the servers. In the future, if I find out a games servers are going to be handled by EA, it will weigh *heavily* on whether I'll buy the game or not.

Guys here's the trick....Origin doesn't automatically update, you have to tell it to....so open up Origin, click the "Customize and Control Origin" button at the top (the gear looking thing), then click "Settings", click the "General" tab, put a check in the "Automatically keep Origin up to date" box, hit ok, and then restart Origin, once it comes back up right click on Mass Effect 3 and click "Check for Update" when it's done, you should be able to connect with no problems. :)
